How secure is ANT?
At Aereus, security is always at the top of our list of concerns. We serve each page via encrypted https which helps assure you are the only one seeing the data passing from your computer to our servers. Banks and credit card companies utilize the same encryption to secure your accounts online. Our backend networks and servers are continually audited and all security patches are applied to keep hackers out and your important data safe.
How does the free trial work?
The Professional and Enterprise accounts may require a valid credit card before signing up for the free trail. Your card will not be billed during the 30 day trail. If you like the service, and we believe you will, you will be automatically billed on a monthly basis for the number of users you create until you cancel your account.
Will ANT work with my iPhone/Smart Phone?
Yes! ANT supports the Microsoft AirSync(tm) protocol which means if you have an iPhone(G3 or better) or a Windows Mobile phone, you can synchronize your contacts, calendar, and email directly without having to install any third party applications. We also provide a plug-in for Microsoft Outlook so any phone that has the ability to synchronize with Outlook will also synchronize with ANT once it is "docked" with your computer.
Do I have to agree to a long-term contract?
No. We believe very strongly in the value and quality of our product and see no need to "lock" anyone into a long-term contract We bill month-to-month and you are free to cancel at any time.
