Groupware

Groupware is a generic term used to describe Personal Information Management (PIM) tools that have been extended to collaborate and share information with groups of people. PIM tools include: email, calendaring, tasks, notes, and contacts. Email

Email is integrated into every application in ANT which allows for greatly increased efficiency in your day-to-day communications. For example, if a customer sends you a follow-up email to a quote you supplied six months ago, you will see a link directly in your email to the customer record including all previous communications, notes, quotes, files and events. Contacts

It has never been easier to maintain a fully dynamic and customized list of personal contacts. Unlike customers which are globally managed by/for your whole organization, personal contacts are customizable for each individual user. And of course, personal contacts can be linked to customers in the CRM which allows for a single point of entry while maintaining maximum flexibility.
